Mimi Johnson
Executive Director
Mimi has provided individual, family, and group therapy to survivors of trauma in both residential and community-based programs, as well as teaching classes to human trafficking survivors in an outreach program. She’s also spent 3 years leading a women’s ministry with her church. SAGE is her brainchild and she runs our organization with efficiency and kindness, bringing her therapeutic background to the development of our program. Mimi loves hiking with her husband and 4 kids, drawing, and eating delicious food.

JoAnne Wallo
Program Manager
JoAnne has experience working in publishing, mental health, puppy whelping, and as a house coach to human trafficking survivors, as well as serving in leadership positions with women, youth, and children at her church. JoAnne brings to SAGE her ability to connect with all different types of people and an empathetic approach to helping guide people in their individual journeys. She has 4 kids, 2 doodle dogs named Juneau and Ruby, and periodically helps to raise litters of puppies. JoAnne loves to read, ride rollercoasters, and play board games.

Kim Flandro
Community Engagement Manager
Kim has been a house coach at a residential program for human trafficking survivors and has 17 years of experience working with the young women in her faith organization. Kim brings her big heart, creativity, and her amazing networking skills to SAGE. She is responsible for overseeing SAGE's handmade product line. She has 4 boys and 2 pitt mix rescue dogs (Koa and Luna), she loves nature and chocolate, and she enjoys seeing people progress and change.

Tesemma Headen Banks
Director of Human Resources
Tesemma has experience in business administration, human resources, and as a house coach to human trafficking survivors, as well as serving in leadership positions in her church. She brings her business savvy, ability to connect on multiple levels with people, and deep spirituality to SAGE. Tess has 2 bichon frise dogs, Joie and Bella, 5 awesome sons, and enjoys family time and date night with her pastor husband.

Doug Johnson
Director of Operations and Entrepreneurship
Doug has seen the impact of meaningful employment in a trauma aware environment on employees and family members and is passionate about sharing that gift with survivors of sexual trauma. As a full time mechanical engineer and also as an entrepreneur Doug enjoys building things and getting new projects off the ground. He loves spending time with his wife and 4 kids, learning, being creative, and being around interesting people.

Nicole Infanzon
Career Development Manager
Nicole is an experienced project manager and human resources professional, and has been instrumental in providing that experience to her work with SAGE. She brings expertise in career building and excellent networking skills to further our mission of helping women establish their careers. Nicole has a cute dog named Darla and loves reading, traveling, and singing.
